The Colors of India

As we traveled through India one of the things that stuck out to me was the wonderful colors everywhere. The colors were rich and the bold; purples, reds, yellows, oranges, blues and greens. The colors were everywhere; scarfs, bags, buildings, signs, sarees and shirts. The people and their personalities equally colorful to match. The image above is of a street merchant's shop in the market in Udaipur, India. I loved how colorful the display was, it really popped out against the building and caught your eye. Here's a travel photo tip for you. When traveling these type of scene detail photos are great to come home with because the features tell a story of the people and the culture that helps set the mood for the environment. Things to watch out for are the colors, shapes, patterns that reflect the feeling of the culture you are visiting.These photos make great additions to a photo book or album and helps complete the story you are trying to tell with your pictures.
