As I’ve mentioned in my previous couple posts we spent Memorial Day in New England. We stayed in Boston and took day trips up north to Portland, ME and then down south through Cape Code and onto Newport, RI. It was a wonderful long weekend. Full of exploring, photography, and food tastings! I just thought I would share a few of the snapshots and other images taken during the trip.
Day 1: Boston –> Salem –> Kennebunkport –> Portland –> Boston
Day 2: Boston –> Plymouth Rock –> Cape Code –> Newport –> Providence —> Boston
Day 3: Driving around Boston
I shot the majority of my photos with my Canon 5D Mark II, Sigam 35mm Lens, and my Induro Tripod. The Sigma 35 is quickly becoming a favorite lens for me. I actually don’t own it but rented it from Lens Pro To Go. It was my first renting experience with Lens Pro To Go and I must say I had a far better experience then my previous online rental source. The person I talked to was extremely helpful on the phone and really made me feel like I was an appreciated customer – the package came on time, they have a nice app where I could look up the tracking information and order history. They are now my favorite online rental house and look forward to using them more in the future.
