Bigler Family Portraits

Last week was a busy week for Portraits. Here are a few shots of the Bigler family. We shot the portraits at their house in Beaverton / Hillsborough area. They had an amazing backyard with some gorgeous light.

If you are in the Portland or Medford areas and would like some family portraits feel free to email or call me at (971)-533-7337 to book a session.

IHH in action

IHH Client ShootNurses using the iHealthHome SystemWhile in Hawaii last week I worked on some photos for, a healthcare technology company, iHealthHome. They specialize in devices and software for senior care facilities, and in home use. They are beginning to expand to the mainland from Hawaii and if you work with senior care centers you should  check out their systems and products.

IHH wanted some photographs for marketing material showing some of their real live clients using their products. I have a ton of respect for those nurses, they have a tough job and have a lot of different situations that have to handle.

These were a few of my favorites from the afternoon.

Baby Portraits by Nick Nieto

Last weekend I did a quick portrait session with my good friends Adam + Markie and their 6month little baby girl Evie. I really liked this image of Evie from the shoot and wanted to share it. The shoot was really simple. We shot natural light in the shade under some trees in Bear Creek park in Medford (my old stomping ground as a kid!). I originally planned on pulling out a few strobes but the light was so good why fight it….

Family Photo

Portrait of the Nieto Family (Tony, Tory, Nick, Casey, Michele, Derek, Mike and Staci)

Last weekend I was down in Medford to visit my family for an early celebration of the holidays. We started the day with a family portrait, we visited during the afternoon, had a french inspired family dinner (in honor of our future trip to France next spring) in the evening, and finished the night by playing a game of liars dice (a family tradition). It was nice seeing everyone and spending time together.
